xxxxxxx at 7pm (UK), 2pm EST – sign up here to get the link to the Zoom room

If you would like to book a private 45 minute gong bath with me via Zoom please get in touch. The fee is $35/£25

Prepare your space

  1. Light a candle, burn some incense
  2. Create a comfy space – ideally lying on the floor with some blankets, pillows, soft lighting. Make sure you can get really comfortable.
  3. Switch off notifications on your computer and silence your phone
  4. Ask your family / housemates not to disturb you during the gong bath unless it is really urgent.
  5. Have some water nearby so that you can rehydrate at the end.

Things to do before the session starts

  1. Arrive in plenty time. The Zoom room will be open 15 minutes beforehand. This is an opportunity to connect with others or chat with familiar faces.
  2. If you haven’t used Zoom before, familiarise yourself with the menu so that you can adjust the volume to suit.
  3. If you are using wi-fi, be as close to your router as possible. Make sure no one else in your household is streaming a film on Netflix or other activity that uses a lot of band width. Check your download speeds with your Broadband provider.
  4. Make sure all other applications on your laptop, computer, phone or tablet are closed and not using up memory.
  5. Switch off phones and anything that’s likely to beep on your computer or phone.
  6. Most importantly – wear good quality head phones in preference to ear buds.

Come with an open heart, a positive intention for yourself and allow yourself to be bathed by the sounds and vibrations.

I felt great afterwards and the next day. As if I had been tensed up and everything just went WOOOoooooooh! I also had an infection that had been painful and that dissipated too. I am still feeling the benefits. I have had 4 gong baths now, but the one with you was my first solo. I don’t know if this is the reason but I feel the benefits have lasted longer.” Jilly, Somerset.

From the start I felt really held and safe. Flumy sent me into orbit and at some time found myself sinking into the ground. Temperature dipped and found myself drifting in and out of awareness – deep bliss and loved the small Symphonic mixed in wit the big one! Beautiful over and under tomes. Visions of yellow. Shallow breathe and then my sister appeared smiling. Cass. Devon.

I realised that the sounds were lifting me up and I let them. I was on top of a mountain with some olive groves stretching out before me. I then  flew all over the world experiencing wonderful things – alone and with my family. Then I went to each of them in turn, took their health problems, threw them up in the air and then when everyone’s problems were in the air I went up and popped them into bright shining lights to make them dissipate. Then I went back to the mountain. I felt relaxed which is a rare occurrence.” Mandy, Devon

Relaxing. Couldn’t identify location of sound. Unaware of Gillian moving. Drifted into sleep and experienced dreams were curtailed by changes in the sounds. Experienced brief spell of feeling hot. Jenny, Hertfordshire

The singing bowls got me into it. At the beginning I felt as if I was entering a forest. The first 15 to 20 minutes I felt I was on a journey – to a forest, then a mountain and then in a cave. I could feel the vibrations they came up through my body from my toes, up my legs and through my body. I felt like a mermaid swimming because of the vibrations. At one point I felt as if I was being tickled.” Lily, London.
